Management Team
Jonathan Chiang, Chairman
Jonathan has over 10 years of venture capital experience in funding early stage technology start-ups. Prior to UzoneMedia, Jonathan was the principal partner for Maton Ventures and managed over 20 portfolio companies. Currently Jonathan also serves on the board of several high technology companies in both Silicon Valley and Asia. Jonathan holds BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Jim Chuang, President and CEO
Jim has over 12 years combination of high-tech, multi-national operation and startup experiences. Among his successful ventures, Jim served as CEO at Aphelion Networks, a global wireless network system provider focusing on carrier-class WiFi mesh/WiMax solutions. Prior to Aphelion, Jim has co-founded OSA Technologies (a leading provider of embedded platform management solutions) which was acquired by Avocent Corp. (AVCT) for $100M in 2004. He then served as VP Sales for Avocent Corp. and further substatiated a remarkable 450%+ growth in revenue for the embedded division in 2005. Riding the internet waves back in 1998, Jim also founded Trade Winner International, an internet solution provider with the first global B2B commerce/information exchange portal targeted for Asia OEMs. This internet portal intelligently aggregated 300+ Asia OEMs and international buyers with online commerce/hosting services and was later successfully acquired by a private company in 2000. Jim's earlier career included various senior management and technical positions at Solectron, XeTel, and MSL. Jim holds BS in Engineering from UT Austin and Executive Education from MIT Sloan.
William Hang, VP Business Development and Marketing
William has over 10 years of experience in product marketing and business development from various technology networking companies including Communications Systems Inc. (Milan Technology) and Asante Technologies. Prior to founding UzoneMedia, he was co-founder/VP Product Management for AuraOne Systems. William holds a BS in Engineering from San Jose State University.
Eric Chen, General Counsel
Eric has over 6 years of experience in venture startups practicing law in Preston Gates and was a Principal partner at Crosslink Technology Partners. Eric holds a MBA and JD from University of San Francisco, also a BA from UC Berkeley.

Giulio Dorrucci, Corporate Advisor
Giulio Dorrucci has been actively developing and studying interactive and broadcasting technologies for more than 18 years. Since 1987, he joined the research and development departments of Eidos SpA under the European Funds Associations and the Television University Centre of Milan pioneering the development of interactive programming and digital optical solutions. He than funded CDLight Srl, a groundbreaking company specialized in interactive training devices in co-operation with Sony Italia. In 2001, he founded PGK Media Pte Ltd (Singapore), a research and development centre responsible for Singapore’s nascent digital broadcasting technologies. Under his leadership, PGK’s milestones include the largest outdoor media trial with Comfort Taxi and several world-first Digital Media Projects. In 2007 he launched TV2GO, the first Digital Mobile TV broadcasting trial in Singapore with nationwide transmission of premium live channels and interactive TV services. Today, he is the Chairman of Singapore DAB Development Forum and Partner of IDM Project Office under the FutureScape Initiative, both within the Media Development Authority of Singapore, and is tasked with the promotion of digital convergence in Asia. Giulio is also a member of the Singapore Advertising Association and a Foundation Member of the Singapore International Advertising Congress under the Institute of Advertising Singapore.
